About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized and motivated Operations Coordinator to be the backbone of our healthcare network. You'll be responsible for coordinating with doctors, hospitals, ambulance services, labs, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare facilities
• Coordinate with ambulance services for emergency patient transport
• Establish partnerships with diagnostic labs for test scheduling
• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth service delivery
• Handle scheduling, logistics, and communication between all stakeholders
• Monitor service quality and resolve operational issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records and reporting systems
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations or coordination
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies
• Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of local languages is a plus
• Familiarity with healthcare systems and medical terminology
