InstaDoctr provides an integrated healthcare platform that connects patients with healthcare professionals and services, including:

- Laboratory testing and diagnostics

- Medicine delivery
- Health record management
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services independently. Minors may use our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
4. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
5. Medical Disclaimer
Important: InstaDoctr is a platform that facilitates connections between patients and healthcare providers. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment directly. All medical services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals who are independent practitioners.

- Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare providers with any questions regarding a medical condition
- Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information on our platform
- In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately
6. Healthcare Provider Relationship
- Healthcare providers on our platform are independent professionals, not employees of InstaDoctr
- We verify credentials of healthcare providers but do not supervise their medical practice
- The patient-provider relationship is directly between you and the healthcare provider
- Healthcare providers are solely responsible for the medical services they provide
7. Payments and Fees
- You agree to pay all fees for services rendered through our platform
- Prices are subject to change with notice
- Payment must be made through approved payment methods
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Service fees are non-refundable except in cases of service provider cancellation or platform errors
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Appointments may be cancelled up to 2 hours before scheduled time for a full refund
- Cancellations within 2 hours of appointment time may incur a cancellation fee
- No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee
- Lab test cancellations must be made before sample collection for a refund
- Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
9. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate health information to healthcare providers
- Attend scheduled appointments or cancel in advance
- Follow prescribed treatment plans and medication instructions
- Respect healthcare providers and maintain professional conduct
- Not misuse the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes
- Not share your account with others
10. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Harass, abuse, or harm healthcare providers or other users
- Scrape or extract data from our platform
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Use the platform to obtain controlled substances inappropriately
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal and health information in accordance with applicable laws including HIPAA and GDPR where applicable.
12. Intellectual Property
- All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by InstaDoctr or our licensors

- We are not responsible for any medical outcomes or complications
- We are not liable for service interruptions or technical issues beyond our control
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the past 12 months
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold InstaDoctr harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or violation of any rights of third parties.
15. Service Availability
- We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services with or without notice
- We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits service availability
16. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Abuse or harass healthcare providers or staff
- Fail to pay for services rendered
17. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
- If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
- You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against InstaDoctr
18. Governing Law
